This is a quote from Brazil, a film by Terry Gilliam. This film is basically what would have happened if 1984 was written by Douglas Adams. However, I wouldn't recommend this film, it's not because it's too weird (I like weird); it just doesn't warrant the insane directing style Gilliam's other films do. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is all about drug trips, that needs to be crazy. Brazil is about bureaucracy, here, the craziness just gets distracting.
